Our UK-manufactured tipi classrooms are designed for all-year use, installed on raised wooden bases to prevent water ingress and withstand all weather conditions, while keeping dry underfoot. Built with Scandinavian timber poles and flame-retardant, weatherproof canvas, they provide a durable, long-term learning space with a 5+ year lifespan (the woodwork will last 10–15 years plus, but the canvas tends to be replaced after 5 years, allowing continued use).

Installation & Planning

• Full delivery and installation across the UK
• Tipis can be installed on fields, flagstones, gravel, courtyards and even car parks
• Typically planning permission is not required, though larger structures (e.g. Cosy Camp XL Tipi) may need approval – schools must check with their local council
• Site visits are normally carried out prior to installation; if your site is already confirmed flat, a pre-installation consultation will take place via Teams
• A 20% deposit is required to confirm your order, 30% is due prior to installation, and the remaining 50% is payable within 30 days following installation (subject to next payment cycle)

Every tipi comes with comprehensive aftercare, including:

• Day-to-day maintenance guidelines
• Customer fact sheets and practical advice on heating, cooling and upkeep
